Hurricane Matthew Moving Towards Haiti

October 2, 2016

Family Health Ministries has a medical team in Port-au-Prince that arrived on Saturday. We expected the storm to move further west and go over Cuba. Our medical team is housed in a safe facility run by Healing Haiti, but many of our friends and staff are not as fortunate. Lauren, our in-country manager, is out in Leogane at our guesthouse. She checked on the new women’s center yesterday and has secured the facility as best we can. We will be posting updates to our Facebook page as we hear from our team and staff. Please keep Haiti in your prayers.
