It is glorious to behold the construction advances as the Carmelle Voltaire Women’s Health Center comes to life. With an October opening date in our sights, each weeks brings a new transformation of the building. Last week Kathy Walmer, FHM Executive Director, met on site with the development team from Building Goodness Foundation to finalize construction and decor details for the center. The bougainvillea has been planted along the fence around the entire property, and currently a small vegetable garden is flourishing at the entrance. Michael Anello, Building Goodness Foundation In-County Project Manager said, “The communities of Fondwa and Tom Gato are very enthusiastic about the women’s health center. Neighbors have been donating trees and shrubs to plant on site.” We are truly blessed to watch this goodness grow. Stay tuned for more photos and updates.
